I have over 20 years of experience crafting spiritual formation events, retreats, curriculum and service and learning trips for churches, families, youth groups, men’s ministries, and college ministries. Though I am no longer a youth pastor, I will always be a pastor who loves helping students become fully alive in their own skin. I spent 15 years of my career learning, studying, and practicing how to create safe space for teenagers to feel seen, heard, and loved. I would be honored to walk beside your teen as they journey through life and faith.

One of the greatest joys of my life is to walk with a couple as they journey towards marriage. I’ve been fine tuning my premarital counseling material for nearly 20 years. Currently, I have a 4 session package that includes topics like navigating anxiety, conflict management, communication, family of origin, personality assessments, personal finance, and crafting a meaningful wedding ceremony.

I am passionate about the intersection of spiritual formation, inner healing, and social justice. I use the word companionship instead of coaching intentionally. While we will focus on tangible steps we can take to dismantle white bodied supremacy, we will also pay close attention to the spiritual and emotional inner healing journey. Antiracism companionship includes things like exploring one’s own ethnic and cultural identity, learning how white bodied supremacy has shaped and continues to shape society, exploring how to incorporate the work into faith formation, and identifying practical ways to work against white bodied supremacy in our churches, in our schools, in our businesses, and in our communities.
